Whole wheat flatbread stuffed with a bold mix of roasted chana flour (sattu), finely chopped onions, green chillies, garlic, ginger, ajwain, kalonji, mustard oil, and a touch of mango pickle. Rolled and roasted on a hot tawa with desi ghee till golden and crisp. Served hot with curd, pickle, or baingan bharta — it’s the breakfast that built Bihar, bite by bite.
